Sin Can’t Win and Faith Can’t Fail

Adrian Rogers

Romans 8:28 says, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.”

Things may seem bad, but we must acknowledge, understand and surrender to the Truth that God is working all things after the purpose of His will for those whom He has called.

God is sovereign. Not a snowflake falls without His permission. Not a blade of grass moves without His acquiescence.

The opposite of Romans 8:28 is just as true: All things work together for bad to those who don’t love God and who are not called according to His purpose.

Friend, faith is more than just belief—it is surrendering your understanding of everything in life to the utmost sovereign will and wisdom of Almighty God.

Luke 21:36 "Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man."
